Dwelling

I recently purchased my first place (a condo in Madison, Wisconsin).  I decided to do this in order to save money in the long run; my mortgage is quite low, and I have a roommate who pays me rent every month.  At the end of my schooling, I'll able to sell the place and (hopefully) make my payments back.  During my time in Madison, I'll be doing light renovations in order to make it more enticing for potential buyers (and to make it a more comfortable living space for myself, of course).  Throughout the process, I'll be posting my trials and triumphs as I transform my place.  I have the worst time making up my mind, so as I go, I'll be needing input from you!
